Caserta: Caserta viene qualificata come la Città del “settecento” napoletano (periodo borbonico), per le numerose testimonianze di arte e di strutture realizzate, nel settecento e agli inizi dell’800’ dalla dinastia reale dei Borboni.

Palazzo Reale viene ad essere la dimora più conosciuta nel mondo.

Realizzata dall’arch. Luigi Vanvitelli, è costituita da decine di saloni d’onore, di rappresentanza, biblioteca, cappelle, teatro di corte e da un parco che si stende, alle spalle, per oltre 3 Km., ricco di fontane, con giochi d’acqua e gruppi marmorei, tra cui quello di Diana ed Atteone, del Canova. Graefer, il più geniale “botanico e giardiniere del tempo” ha realizzato il “giardino all’inglese”, con piante provenienti da tutto il mondo nell’ambito di strutture che ricalcano quelle dell’antica Roma. Ha un gemellaggio con Versailles e con S. Pietroburgo, per manifestazioni d’arte le più varie. Concerti musicali e mostre d’avanguardia sono all’ordine del giorno.

Nelle immediate vicinanze sussiste lo splendido “Belvedere di S. Leucio”, una struttura agile e raffinata, sede di rappresentanze universitarie e di scuole d’eccellenza.

Trovavansi qui le filande della seta, conosciute in tutto il mondo. A tre Km., in collina, si erge Casertavecchia, esempio unico, nel sud, di un borgo medioevale perfettamente conservatosi, già sede dei Vescovi e della famosa contessa Siffridina, una nobile al centro di guerre e conflitti per la spartizione di contee e ducati, vissuta all’epoca dell’imperatore Federico II.

L’antica e prima cattedrale di Caserta, trovasi qui. Ha una facciata uguale a quella di Ravello. La Cattedrale ha un corpo di fabbrica, già convento francescano, che circonda la piazza e finisce sulla parte posteriore della stessa.


La Struttura: La dimora che presentiamo si trova a Caserta Vecchia, con una offerta unica per il prestigio di cui gode.

Preceduta da un giardino privato e da una struttura/passatoia, in legno e pietre di tufo, porta ad un fabbricato sul quale si affacciano due appartamenti, ampi, luminosi, costituiti da due grandi camere da letto, di cui una matrimoniale, servite da ampio bagno centrale, il tutto arredato con mobili autentici dell’800’ e del primo '900.

Vi rendono la più raffinata accoglienza. E sono destinati soltanto ad ospiti di riguardo. Affacciano sul giardino e su di una vallata sempre verde. Per la prima colazione ci si può servire della “tavernetta”, nel periodo invernale, o del giardino / soggiorno in quello estivo / primaverile.

Da Casertavecchia, previa le opportune intese, con mezzi privati e pubblici, è possibile raggiungere, per escursioni o altro, Napoli, Pompei, Capri, Sorrento. Collegata funzionalmente con questa struttura, sempre sulla fascia collinare, e a pochi minuti, trovasi la piccola azienda borbonica “La Tenutella”, curata in ogni particolare, con strutture in stile, di primo novecento e di carattere francescano. Per gli ospiti del Bed and breakfast è consentita la visita e un “benvenuto della casa”. Dall’alto della Tenutella, ad occhio nudo, è possibile ammirare Capri e le bellezze napoletane.


Come arrivare: Caserta è collegata a mezzo di autostrada ( svincolo Caserta sud e svincolo Caserta nord), di linea ferroviaria e di aereoporto ( Napoli / Capodichino, a 15 minuti di auto e a 15 Km. di distanza).
E’ capoluogo di provincia, munita di tutti i servizi.

Caserta: Caserta is described as the town of “Neapolitan eighteenth-century (bourbon period), on account of the large testimony of art and structures realised, in the eighteenth-centrury and at the beginning of the nineteenth century by the royal dynasty of Bourbons.
Royal Palace is the most known residence in the world.

Realised by the architect Luigi Vanvitelli, it consist of ten representation-hall, library, chapel, theatre court and a parck rich in fountains, that stretches for more than 3 km, with marble groups among which, that of Diana and Atteone, by Canova.
Graefer, the most “genial and botanic gardener in the time” has realised the “englis garden”, with plants coming fromall over the world in the circle of structures by imitating those of ancient Rome. Royal Palace has got a twinship with Versailles and S. Pietroburgo, for different and important manifestations of art. Musical concerts and advanced exhibition are very common.

In the immediate proximity there is the splendid “Belvedere of S. Leucio”, an agile and refined structure, seat of university representation and excellent schools. Within S. Leucio there is the silk factory, known all over the world.

Within three km, at hills, there is Casertavecchia, only example, in the southern, of a medieval and uninjured village, once residence of bishops and of the famous countess Siffridina, a noblewoman lived during the age of Imperator Federico II and at the core of wars and conflicts for the partition of county and duchy.

Within Casertavecchia there is the first and ancient cathedral of Caserta. It has a façade like that of Ravello. The Cathedral, once Franciscan convent, encloses the square and finishes above the back side of it.


The B&B: In Casertavecchia there is the residence we present, a special offer for the prestige of which it has.
Preceded by a private garden and a stair-carpet, in wood and tufa stones, it takes to a house on wich two flats appear.

They are big and bright, with two bedrooms, of which one matrimonial, and a large bathroom; the whole furnished with authentic furniture of the eight hundred and the first nine hundred.

These two flats are only fated to very important guest; the face upon the garden and the evergreen wide valley. For the breakfast, we can use the little “tavern” during the wintry period and the living-room during the summer one.

From Casertavecchia, prior to the advisable agreement, by private and public means, it is possible to reach Napoli, Pompei, Capri, Sorrento. Connected functionally with this structure, and a few minutes, there is the little boubon business “La Tenutella”, well groomed in each particular and by th Franciscan character.

This Tenutella has got strctures in the grand manner, and from the summit of it, it is possible wonder at Capri and Neapolitan beaties. Last thing to say, is that the Tenytela receives the guests of Bed and Breakfast and makes them welcome.


Caserta: Caserta is connected, by means of motor road, (release Caserta sud and release Caserta nord) with a railway and an airport (Napoli / Capodichino, within fifteen minutes by car and at a distance of fifteen km).
Caserta is chief town of the country, fortified with all the functions.
