Ubicazione:

L'Hotel della Baia, situato nella preziosa caletta dell'antico borgo delle Grazie si propone come residenza ideale anche di chi, pur non essendo in vacanza, non vuol rinunciare ad un riposo in pieno relax lontano dalla confusione della città.

L'albergo dista 7 Km da La Spezia.

La quiete, le palme, le barche, la natura fanno da cornice all'albergo.

Le Camere:

Le camere sono confortevoli, eleganti, tutte con servizi privati, ognuna con un suo proprio stile.
Alcune stanze sono dotate di vasca idromassaggio, altre di ampi e panoramici terrazzi, tutte di TV satellitare, telefono, presa P/C ed Internet, minibar, climatizzatore.
Opere di Anna Rocco, Elisa Corsini, Giuliano Tomaino, ed altri artisti arricchiscono la qualità dell'arredamento, in gran parte realizzato su misura.


Cucina:

Costruito sul posto di un'antica osteria, il nostro hotel mantiene vive le tradizioni millenarie dell'antico borgo delle Grazie.
Contrariamente a quanto alcuni credono, la cucina ligure è anche una cucina "terragna" profumata di macchia mediterranea, nella quale l'orto ed il cortile sono importanti quasi quanto il mare.
Ed ecco il variegato buffet "Vecchia Liguria" che ripropone gli antipasti della tradizione, ecco il pesto agli asparagi, od agli "erbi", i ravioli di crostacei, la pasta al forno con i frutti di mare, i conigli disossati cotti nel vino, il pesce di fondale cucinato con salsa di melanzane, la frittura di paranza, e molto, molto altro ancora.
Cucina mediterranea senza compromessi, cucina leggerissima, profumata, accompagnata da vini eccellenti.
Cibi, insomma, cibi giusti, cibi naturali.


Piscina: Una bella, silente e soleggiata piscina rende ancora più piacevole il soggiorno degli affezionati ospiti.

There is a payment parking place just in front of the hotel.

Comfortable and elegant rooms, everyone with its own style and a bathroom en suite.
Some rooms are furnished with hydromassage bath, others with large terraces with a panoramic view, all rooms have Satellite TV, telephone, PC and Internet jack, minibar, airconditioning unit.
Paintings by Anna Rocco, Elisa Corsini, Giuliano Tomaino and other painters enrich the furniture, that is largely made to measure.


Cuisine:

The hotel complex is built on an old tavern and keeps the millenary traditions of the ancient village going.
Contrary to what people usually believe, Ligurian Cuisine is also a "terragna" Cuisine with the fragrances of the maquis: gardens and yards are as important as the sea.
Here is the varied buffet "Vecchia Liguria", it proposes the hors-d'oeuvre of the tradition, here is the pesto with asparagus or with erbi, ravioli and pasta al forno with shellfishes, in wine cooked boned rabbits, fishes with aubergine sauce, fish fry and a lot of things more.
Mediterranean Cousine without compromises, a very light and fragrant Cousine with vintage wines.
