Alle scelte archittetoniche di interni e facciate, collaborarono Emilio Scanavino e Lucio Fontana, noti artisti contemporanei, che studiarono diversi particolari dell'albergo e vi dipinsero pannelli decorativi di notevoli dimensioni.
Completamernte ristrutturato e rinnovato, pur nel necessario rispetto delle sue caratteristiche essenziali, oggi l'hotel si presenta più accogliente e confertevole che mai, con un ristorante di straordinaria raffinatezza gastronomica e di ambiente, grandi saloni per la lettura e il relax, bar, e spiaggia privata.


Camere: Le camere tutte ampie, completamente rinnovate e dotate di telefono, televisione e frigobar, possiedono suggestive terrazze affacciate sulla spiaggia, e aria condizionata.
Il servizio Cassaforte viene gestito direttamente dalla Reception.
L'accesso alla spiaggia è direttamente dall'uscita delle camere evitando così il passaggio nei luoghi comuni.


Il Ristorante: Il Ristorante all'interno dell'albergo si distingue sia per la raffinatezza delle pietanze, che spaziano in un eccellente ventaglio di scelte sempre originali, che per la posizione privilegiata della sala e della terrazza sul mare.
Gli ospiti possono consumare qui i loro pasti, godendo di tutti i vantaggi che un ristorante di tale livello può offrire, e ricevere sulla terrazza prime colazioni che premiano il risveglio.


Sala Congressi: La Sala Congressi è stata costruita durante l'anno 1999, può ospitare fino a 90 persone.

Build up in 1956 and called with the name that still today conserve, "Al Saraceno", theHotel has not been only a prestigious Grand Hotel dedicated to a selected tourism, but also a kind of extraordinary laboratory of art. Emilio Scanavino and Lucio Fontana, famous contemporary artists, studied many details of the Hotel and painted decorative panels of remarkable dimension.
Completely restructured and renewed, also in the necessary respect of its essential characteristics, today the Hotel is introduced more pleasant and comfortable that never, with large halls for readind and relax, bar, congress hall and beach, (considered one of the most beautiful of the Riviera di Ponente).


Rooms: The rooms are wide, completely renovated and well furnished with Telephone, Tv and Minibar.
Some of them have evocative terraces faced on the beach and air-conditioning.
The safe-services will be managed directly by the reception.
The access to the beach is directly by the rooms, to avoid the crossing in the common places.


Restaurant: The "Al Saraceno" Restaurant, inside the Hotel for the elegance of taste not only for the Ligurian tradiction but also for a wide range of choices always original and also for the privileged position of the terrace on the beach, is one of the most important restaurant in Varigotti.
The hotel's guests can taste the meal delighteding of all the profit that a Restaurant of this level can offer and get on the terrace Breakfast that award the waking up.

Congress Hall: The Congress Hall has been realized during the year 1999, with its 90 seats.
