La Residenza: L'albergo Punta Est è ubicato in una villa patrizia della fine del settecento, già residenza estiva del Professor Delachi, compositore e musicista della Scala di Milano. Dopo anni di accurata ristrutturazione, divenne nel 1971 un elegante albergo a quattro stelle.
Nel 1980 una nuova villa costruita nello stesso stile architettonico della casa antica, venne ad ampliare l'albergo, offrendo camere più ampie ed attrezzature ricettive (piscina, solarium, piano bar) sistemate nell' uliveto sovrastante l'abitazione.
Con i suoi numerosi sentieri, scalette e terrazze panoramiche, l'hotel Punta Est offre alla sua clientela il fascino di un delizioso e pittoresco angolo di Liguria.

I residenti sono fieri della loro stupenda passeggiata, che si estende per oltre due chilometri all'ombra di verdi palme.

The Punta Est Hotel is one of the "jewels" of the north- west coast of Italy. Nestling in its own wooded park dotted with palm and pine trees and olive groves, this 18th century Genovese villa overlooks the sweeping bay of the Ligurian sea to the Maritime Alps lining the horizon.
Half way between Portofino and San Remo, this classical villa has been transformed into an elegant and welcoming 4 star hotel, in which Mediterranean hospitality lies at the center of its family tradition.

The Residence: The Punta Est Hotel was originally an 18th century Genovese villa, which during the 1930's was the summer residence of Professor Delachi, a composer and musician at "La Scala" in Milan.
During the 1970's and 1980's the house was transformed into an elegant 4 star hotel, with a new villa built in the same architectural style amongst the olive trees, offering more spacious rooms, a swimming pool, solarium and a piano bar.
With its numerous paths, steps and panoramic terraces overlooking the Mediterranean sea, the Punta Est Hotel offers guests the possibility to enjoy a picturesque angle of Liguria.
