L'Ambiente: A Finale Ligure nel pieno centro storico, la famiglia Careni, che da anni si occupa di grandi alberghi, ha di recente ristrutturato l'Hotel Villa Italia, un bell'esempio di edificio dei primi anni del '900 dai toni morbidi e caldi.
Sotto il giardino è stato ricavato un garage e la facciata in stile ligure ha recuperato i colori originali.


Le Camere: Nelle camere da letto è stata presa in grande considerazione la possibilità di ospitare confortevolmente più persone.
La soluzione più funzionale ed esteticamente vincente è consistita nella scelta di letti a scomparsa.
Le camere sono tutte dotate di aria climatizzata a circolo continuo e di finestre insonorizzate.


Il Ristorante: Cucina internazionale curata dagli stessi proprietari.
Colazione molto abbondante a buffet.
Self service di crudités e di dolci.


Fitness: Al piano sotterraneo sono state ricavate una palestra ben attrezzata, mentre fuori c'è un'ampio solarium.

Who We Are: In Finale Ligura, right in the historical center, Careni Family has recently restructured the Villa Italia Hotel, a beautiful example of first years of XX century building.
Under the garden has been built a garage and the Ligurian style facade has been renewed with the original colours.


Rooms: In the bedrooms many importance has been given to the possibility of accomodate comfortably many persons.
All the rooms are gifted of conditioned air and sounproofed windows.


The Restaurant: International cuisine taken care of by the owners themselves.
Very abundant buffet breakfast.
