HOTEL OLYMPIC

Quando nel 1965 Bruno Realino rileva l'hotel ha gia' alle spalle una lunga esperienza come pasticcere di bordo su importanti navi da crociera (tra cui anche l'Andrea Doria). Al figlio Francesco, terminati gli studi, lascia il mestiere, e dal 1990 diventa titolare insieme alla moglie Pascale, originaria di Nizza.
La mentalita' dinamica e moderna dei due giovani titolari dà l'avvio ad una nuova politica volta a modernizzare la gestione alberghiera e ad apportare migliorie all'hotel: vengono cosi' eseguiti una serie di ristrutturazioni ed ammodernamenti e si lavora molto perche' il servizio diventi sempre piu' puntuale e preciso.

Dove siamo: L’albergo e’ situato in centro città, vicino alla stazione e a soli 200 metri dalle spiagge.
Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel vi è la fermata del bus per raggiungere i caratteristici paesini dell’entroterra, e costeggiando la via Aurelia i bus per Cervo, Imperia e San Remo.
La prossimità con la Costa Azzurra vi permetterà inoltre con solo 1 ora di macchina di scoprire le bellezze francesi e del Principato di Monaco.

Camere: Le nostre 51 camere arredate con gusto, sono suddivise in tre piani raggiungibili con ascensore, dispongono tutte di servizi privati, balcone, telefono diretto e tv satellite con canale video.

La zona ricevimento, completamente rinnovata nel dicembre 2000 al vostro servizio 24 ore su 24 per soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta.

Bar: Il nostro accogliente bar, per gustarvi un drink con musica in sottofondo in completo relax Vi aspetta tutte le domeniche per “l’Aperitivo della casa”.

Ristorante: Ampio salone ristorante climatizzato dove serviamo la prima colazione con un ricco buffet, i nostri menu’ a scelta con buffet di verdure/insalate e i dolci di nostra produzione.
Il tutto coordinato dalla caposala Roberta Parodi che con la sua decennale esperienza vi saprà consigliare al meglio!
Romantiche serate a lume di candela con piatti tipici liguri e internazionali curati dal nostro Chef Mario e i suoi collaboratori.

Veranda: Una nuova veranda e’ a disposizione dei clienti per sala lettura, giochi di società.

Al vostro arrivo potrete usufruire del nostro ampio parcheggio chiuso con cancello automatico e noleggiare una bicicletta che l’albergo mette a disposizione.

Terrazza Solarium: La terrazza solarium, innaugurata nel ’95 è a disposizione dei clienti tutti i giorni con un servizio bar e snack.

Serate a tema con musica e divertimenti. Da non perdere il 15 luglio la festa del Patrono di Diano, in attesa dei fuochi d’artificio un gran buffet di dolci e frutta esotica!

Spiaggia: Una convenzione con una delle più belle spiagge del golfo dianese Vi permetterà di prenotare tramite l’albergo facendone esplicita richiesta.

Bambini: Una particolare attenzione ai bambini che da noi sono i benvenuti!

When Bruno Realino took over the hotel in 1965, he already had extensive experience as a confectioner on board several important cruise ships (including the Andrea Doria). He transferred command to his son Francesco upon completion of his education and in 1990, Francesco and his wife Pascale, originally from Nice, became proprietors of the hotel.
The dynamic and modern mentality of the two young proprietors gave rise to a new policy aimed at improving the hotel and modernising the way it was run. A series of refurbishment and modernisation operations were carried out and the clientele grew due to increasingly prompt and precise service.

Where we are: The hotel is situated in the town centre, near the station, just 200 metres from the beaches.
There is a bus stop near the hotel from which buses depart for characteristic inland villages and the seaside towns of Cervo, Imperia and San Remo along the via Aurelia.
Being just an hour’s drive from the Côte d’Azur, the beauty of France and the Principality of Monaco are within easy reach.

Rooms: Our 51 tastefully furnished rooms are located on three floors, accessible by lift, and all have private bathroom facilities, balcony, telephone with direct outside line and satellite TV with a video channel.

The reception area was completely refurbished in December 2000 and is open 24 hours a day to satisfy your every need.

Bar: Our friendly bar staff look forward to welcoming you every Sunday for the “House aperitif” and whenever you wish to enjoy a drink and relax to the sound of gentle background music.

Restaurant: A buffet- style breakfast is served in our spacious air-conditioned restaurant, which offers a choice of menu at lunch and dinner with a vegetable/salad bar and dessert trolley featuring desserts made on the premises.
The restaurant is managed by the maitre d’ Roberta Parodi who, with years of experience under her belt, is sure to help you make the best choice!
Romantic candle-lit dinners with typical Ligurian and international cuisine prepared by our chef Mario and his assistants.

Veranda: A new veranda is open to our clients, providing an area in which to read and play board games.

Upon arrival you can park your car in our private carpark with automatic gate and rent a bicycle from the hotel.

Sun-Terrace: The sun- terrace, opened in ’95, is at the disposal of clients every day with a bar and snack service.

Special evenings are arranged with music and entertainment. Don’t miss the celebrations on the 15th of July, to mark the Diano Patron Saint’s day, with fireworks and a fabulous buffet of desserts and exotic fruit!

Beach: An arrangement with one of the most beautiful beaches on the Diano gulf makes it possible for you to book through the hotel.

Children: Special attention is paid to children who are most welcome!
Cots, highchairs and a children’s menu are available.
