Un ruolo di primo piano č riservato alle ricette a base di carne di capriolo e di cinghiale che vengono preparate con grande esperienza e maestria.

Restaurant: The strong point of the restaurant is its menu based on porcini mushroom gathered in hevastforests of the area traditional hunting reserve of the Granduca of Tuscany, which become the leading players of the table nobilitating special recipes like the bruschette, the first plates (using only home made pasta) the exquisite porcini soup and many other proposals.
A close-up shot is reserved for the recipes using roe-buck and boar meat which are prepared by experienced masters.
