Ubicazione: Situata di fronte al Castello di Aliano , lungo la strada che da Montespertoli conduce a Certaldo , Villa La Cappella si trova nel cuore della campagna del Chianti.


La Villa offre ospitalità in una dimora ottocentesca ristrutturata in stile classico toscano in cui l’arredamento si coniuga perfettamente alle linee architettoniche dell’edificio , con mobilio in parte in stile , pavimenti in cotto , i soffitti in travi di legno che conferiscono all’ambiente uno speciale calore. Situata in posizione panoramica la Villa è circondata da un grande parco dominato da cipressi secolari ; all’interno si trova la piscina dalla quale si gode di una magnifica vista sulle colline e castelli circostanti. E’ a disposizione degli ospiti un ampio parcheggio privato.



La Storia: A partire dal XII secolo una piccola Cappella, che sorgeva all'interno del parco della villa fortificata di Aliano, veniva utilizzata dagli allora proprietari per tumulare i propri defunti. Con il passare del tempo al posto della Cappella è stata costruita una casa padronale che ha ospitato a lungo "il fattore" della Villa.

Nel 1821, la proprietà assunse le dimensioni attuali e quindi utilizzata durante il corso dell XX secolo quale casa rurale ospitando ben tre gruppi familiari. L'edificio attiguo alla villa ha ospitato una scuola rurale sino agli anni settanta.

partire dal 1988, la famiglia Tinalli, che nel frattempo aveva acquistato la proprietà, ha ristrutturato con passione questi immobili trasformandoli in un formidabile albergo e residenza di campagna dove la cura verso gli ospiti e eleganza degli arredi uniti alla sobrietà dei colori la rendono un luogo incomparabile.

Location: Situated in front of the Castle of Aliano, on the road from Montespertoli to Certaldo, Villa La Cappella is in the heart of the Chianti countryside.


The 19th century Villa has been carefully restored in traditional Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings. It is set in spacious wooded grounds, and has a large swimming pool, and terrace, offering stunning panoramic views across the open countryside. The outdoor swimming pool is available form the beginning of May until the end of September. There is a further indoor heated swimming pool with built-in hydromassage, which is generally available from the beginning of March until May 1st, and from early October until late November.


History: At that time, a small chapel was standing in the middle of the strenthened Villa of Aliano's park and the actual owners used it to bury their family's members. In the course of the time, a larger house replaced the small chapel and hosted the Villa of Aliano's stewart.

In 1821, the property was enlarged like the today's size and trough the course of the XX century used as a farm house hosting three family groups.

The adjacent building has been used as a countryside school for nearly all passed century.

Starting from the 1988, The Tinalli family, who bought this property some years earlier, has done the restructuring of the estate with passion and love, making of it an extraordinary countryside hotel and residence where the guests' care, the furnitures' elegance and sobriety of colours makes of Villa La Cappella an incomparable place.
